Without pain, there would be no suffering, without suffering we would never learn from our mistakes to make it right, pain and suffering is the key to all windows, unfortunately without it, there is no way of life………………..

Pain is your friend, it tells you when you're seriously injured, it keeps you awake and angry but the best thing about it is it lets you know that you're alive………………

Did it surprised you that I am not who you thought I was ?   Did it surprised you to find that I don’t exactly stand for what you thought I stood for all along ?   Did it surprised you to find that I’m not exactly how I played myself out to be ?   That person you thought I was is actually nothing to really what I am……………………..

Do you know what it’s like to be me ?  Go through something not everyone can see ?  Do you know what it’s like to walk in my shoes ?  Please, stop judging me simply because I’m not you……………..

From this day on when I look back on the past I will smile and say to myself ; I never thought I could do it, but I did, I overcame all the people who tried to bring me down………………

Don’t ever let anyone make you believe that you don’t deserve what you want…………..

Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer...........

Don’t let the darkness of the past cover the brightness of the future….

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch with, never say a word, and walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you have ever had……….

Don't run through life so fast that you forget not only where you've been but also where you're going……….

It's hard to accept, but you can't change the past. You can't go back and manipulate things to the way you wanted them to happen. Because life would be meaningless, and boring, and just not worth living.  But you can change the future and that's a beautiful thing about life. Yes, you will make mistakes, and yes, you will have bad days, but as long as you let the past go, you'll have such a gorgeous and bright future ahead of you. Knowing that things were meant to happen. Knowing that each day you will learn something,  that you’ll keep growing to be a better person. Life is like a rope, twined in all its complexities and yet, weaved into one marvelous stream that you’ll have the chance to  use, so,  grab hold of it…………..

Sometimes you have to forgive someone just because you want that person in your life………………

I've learned that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will be the ones to help you get back up and the people you thought would help you get back up are the ones that kick when you're down !  Options... ? Just scream;   " stop the world, I wanna get off"……...

It's the loneliest feeling in the world to find yourself standing up when everyone else is sitting down, to have everybody look at you and say "what's the matter with her?"  I know what it feels like, walking down an empty street, listening to the sound of your own footsteps, shutters closed, blinds drawn, doors locked against you and you aren't sure whether you're walking toward something or,  if you're just walking away………..

There comes a point where you just have to stop trying because it hurts to much to hold on anymore…………….
