Codependency is an addiction to trying to fix someone. It keeps the relationship dysfunctional, it always ends up with the loss of your own self and always harms the other person......

 

Someone said to me :'' You are too pretty to be single''.I said : ''NO, I am too pretty to be lied to ,cheated on and played with....

Those who lay around licking wounds, are willfully accepting others discarded scraps......

You don't get to choose if you get hurt in this world but you have some say in who hurts you......

Living with integrity means : Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships. Asking for what you want and need from others. Speaking your truth even though it might create conflict or tension . Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values . Making choices based on what you believe, and NOT what others believe...... !

Stop allowing other people to dilute or poison your day with their words or opinions.....
